You can access the following settings in your WordPress Admin at “picu > Settings > Tools/Debug“.
Debug Info
The debug info comes in very handy, if you are experiencing any issues while using picu. Use the “Copy site info to clipboard” button to copy, and then paste the contents into any support requests directed at us.
The data contained here will give us a lot of background information about your WordPress installation (which plugins you are using, certain PHP configurations, etc.), so we can make more informed suggestions on how to solve any issues you might be experiencing.
Image Processor
With this setting you can switch between two different image processors. This comes in handy if you are experiencing any issues when uploading huge amounts of images at once.
Depending on your server setup WordPress – or rather – PHP might have more than one image processing library available. One of them is called ImageMagick, and while there are pros and cons to both of them, it can run out of memory and could be the cause of your uploading issue.
Important note about ImageMagick vs. GD: The former will allow WordPress to create preview images for uploaded PDF files, whereas the latter cannot. Also, GD will not transfer the original IPTC data to the thumbnail images it creates. We recommend, that you run some tests, to make sure everything else is still working as expected, after you make the switch.
